Position : Registered Nurse (RN) - Neuro / Ortho / Peds Unit

Type : Full-Time | 0.9 FTE | 12-hour Night Shifts (including weekend and holiday rotation)

Sign-on Bonus : $7,500 Available (Eligibility requirements apply)

About Our Team

The Neuro / Ortho / Peds (NOP) unit is a 24-bed specialty med / surg unit that cares for a diverse range of neuro and ortho patients, as well as pediatric patients. Our team is experienced, supportive, and often praised by patients for their collaborative teamwork. We are committed to providing quality acute care while promoting safety.

How You Will Contribute

As a Registered Nurse (RN) in our team, you will :

• Perform care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.
• Document patient care accurately and thoroughly.
• Monitor, record, and communicate patient conditions to the care team, physicians, patients, and families.
• Assist patients with daily living activities, including personal hygiene, nutrition, and ambulation.
• Collaborate across disciplines to coordinate comprehensive patient care, including transfers, discharges, and referrals.
• Evaluate learning needs and provide education to patients and families tailored to their age, culture, and circumstances.
• Advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of your patients.
