Key Responsibilities
Prepare and review closing documents for compliance and accuracy
Coordinate the closing process and address any compliance issues
Ensure timely communication and exceptional client service throughout the closing process
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or GED is required; a college degree is desired
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Closer or in a related role is preferred
Previous remote work experience is desired
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Ability to manage sensitive and confidential information with integrity
