Director of Architecture (Registered Architect)

A local, well-established and growing A&E firm is seeking a  Registered Architect  to step into a  Director of Architecture  role that offers partnership track within 2 years! Along with that, this leadership position offers the opportunity to have an immediate impact on projects, clients, and teams.

Qualifications

Registered Architect (RA) license required

10–20+ years of professional architecture experience

Proven leadership and team management experience

Strong portfolio of diverse project types (commercial, residential, education, etc.)

Excellent client communication and relationship-building skills

Compensation & Benefits

Base salary range : $110,000 – $145,000

Compensation will be  competitive and commensurate with experience

Sign-on bonus  available plus annual bonus opportunities
