Position : RN – Labor & Delivery (LDRP)\n\nShift : Days, 3x12-hour (7 : 00 AM – 7 : 00 PM)\n\nDetails : \n\nLicense : Active NY (must be in hand)\n\nExperience : Minimum 2 years in L no first-time travelers\n\nLocal : Not accepted (must live 50+ miles away)\n\nWeekend : Every other weekend\n\nScrubs : Provided\n\nCertifications : BLS, NRP\n\nSkills Required : \nLabor & Delivery, LDRP, Mother / Baby, triage, sterile vaginal exams, fetal monitoring, IV therapy, antihypertensives, blood product administration, vaginal / C-section assistance, postpartum & newborn care, discharge teaching, pain management, and isolation precautions.\n\nUnit Details : \n\nCross-trained in L&D, postpartum, and newborn care\n\n~50 births / month\n\nRooms : 8\n\nDocumentation : Meditech / IntelliSpace Perinatal\n\nMed System : Pyxis\n\nCommunication : SBAR\n\nPatient Population : Neonates, infants, adults
