This role is ideal for a hands-on technician with strong electrical troubleshooting skills and the ability to travel for onsite installation, startup, and service support.

This role involves troubleshooting, servicing, and repairing frequency and power conversion equipment in the field or shop.
Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, service, and repair frequency and power conversion equipment in the field or shop
- Perform startups, diagnostics, and preventive maintenance
- Provide training to customers on equipment operation and safety
- Coordinate travel, service parts, and project documentation
- Maintain detailed service records and communicate effectively with internal teams
- Represent the organization professionally while delivering exceptional technical support
Required Skills
2+ years of electrical experience with 3-phase power systemsAbility to read schematics and electrical diagrams for troubleshootingStrong communication and problem-solving skillsComfortable with frequent travel (up to 50%), including international tripsValid driver’s license and U.S. Passport requiredSafety-focused and detail-orientedPreferred Skills
