Minimum Education Requirements :

Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) degree from an accredited dental school.

License & Certifications :

Active and unrestricted dental license in Florida.

Current BLS certification.

Additional certifications may be required based on specific practice or state regulations.

Experience :
