Project Supervisor – 3rd Shift (11 : 00 PM – 7 : 00 AM)

Pay Rate : $21 / hr

Location : Maryville, TN (Travel Required – up to 1–1.5 hours from Maryville)

Position Summary

As a Project Supervisor , you will lead and manage teams of quality inspectors at customer sites during the 3rd shift (11 PM – 7 AM) . You’ll oversee project setup, customer deliverables, and team performance while ensuring consistent communication and quality standards.

This role requires travel within a 1–1.5-hour radius of Maryville, TN , so reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are essential.

Key Responsibilities

Supervise and support quality inspection teams across assigned locations.

Ensure teams operate according to company standards, safety protocols, and customer requirements.

Develop work instructions and train team leaders and inspectors on project-specific procedures.

Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

Complete required training and adhere to company policies.

Handle additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.

Strong business-to-business customer service skills.

Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

Positive, self-motivated, and adaptable to change.

Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license .
