About the Role

We are seeking a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner licensed in the state of New Jersey to provide exceptional psychiatric care to our clients. This is a part-time, fully remote, contractor position where you'll be able to maintain a flexible schedule and set the hours that work for you. Our ideal candidate is a compassionate and skilled professional who can deliver high-quality psychiatric services in a remote setting.

What You'll Do

• Provide psychiatric evaluations, diagnosis, and treatment to clients via our telehealth platform.
• Prescribe and manage medications as appropriate to alleviate mental health symptoms, while monitoring for side effects and efficacy.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive assessments, monitoring patient progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to address a variety of mental health conditions.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Participate in regular supervision and continuing education to enhance professional development.
• Collaborate with our team of healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated care for clients.
• Foster a supportive and trusting therapeutic relationship with clients through effective communication and empathy.
• Educate clients about mental health issues, coping strategies, and self-care practices.
• Encourage active participation in treatment goals and empower clients to take ownership of their mental health journey.
