Work Schedule :

FT Ability to work a flexible schedule which includes days / evenings / weekends as needed by the department.

Rate of Pay / Benefits :

This is a Full-Time Administrative position at grade 18, with an annual salary range of $98,848 to $131,397. The salary offer will be based on education and experience, in alignment with the College's compensation philosophy and the current Collective Bargaining Agreement (CBA), if applicable.

Job Summary :

An employee in this postion supports the Dean in managing the academic division by providing leadership and guidance to faculty and academic programs. This role ensures instructional excellence through faculty evaluation, professional development, budget planning, and data-driven assessment practices. The Associate Dean may act on behalf of the Dean in their absence or serve as a delegate for specific tasks, exercising the rights and responsibilities as assigned by the college and / or Dean. General direction is received by the Dean.
