Pay :  $22 / hour

  • Must be a Colorado resident at the time of application
  • $1,200 Monthly Housing Allowance (before taxes) for all employees at our ASE location as part of our Atlantic Habitat Program.  Atlantic Aviation has an employee housing program called Atlantic Habitat to help offset the housing and cost of living expenses for this area.  The Atlantic Habitat serves as a way to help recruit and retain local talent at our FBO and can be used for housing, commuting, or additional living.

Schedule : Requires availability for any / all shifts including overtime, weekends, holidays, and on-call duty. No Overnights!

In this position, you will be the first point of contact for clientele arriving at the facility. You will get the opportunity to interact with many large corporations’ flight departments and high-profile clients!  In this position, you will perform assigned tasks related to providing services for corporate aircraft, cargo and passenger charters, and other general aviation aircraft.

Responsibilities

Airport Receptionist Responsibilities

  • Provide customers with professional service and assistance
  • Making hotel and catering reservations for inbound and outbound aircraft
  • Processing customer purchases and fuel transactions
  • Work closely with line service personnel and pilots, ensuring all customer service needs are met
  • Occasional travel may be required to support another Atlantic location.
  • You may be occasionally assigned to another Atlantic location based on geographical proximity as business needs require.
  • Required Skills

    Airport Receptionist Qualifications

  • Customer service / hospitality experience
  • High school diploma or GED certificate
  • 18 years of age
  • A valid state driver’s license
  • Ability to comprehend and perform basic math calculations
  • We maintain a drug-free workplace and perform pre-employment substance testing.
