Job Title : Physical Therapist

Job Specialty : Rehabilitation

Job Duration : 13 weeks

Shift : 8-hour days

Guaranteed Hours : 40 hours per week

Experience : 1 year required; new graduates welcome to apply

License : Oregon PT License

Certifications : BLS (Basic Life Support)

Must-Have : Strong generalist in outpatient physical therapy with neuro skills for patients with vestibular issues, POTS, EDS, and other neuro underlying conditions

Job Description :

• Perform general physical therapy assignments dedicated to improving patients' function in skilled physical therapy.
• Utilize equipment and technology such as HealthLand EMR for patient charting and documentation.
• Participate in general orientation, including an introduction to Mission, Vision, and Values, and department-specific training focusing on safety and technology.
• Maintain a professional dress code with tasteful, well-maintained scrubs or comfortable business-casual attire.
• Pediatric outpatient experience is preferred, comprising about 20% of the caseload.
• Work collaboratively with a team, with no requirement for floating to other units or departments.
• Ensure adherence to safety and health regulations while fostering an environment of service excellence and recovery.
