Guide customers through the home buying journey

Build relationships with buyers and follow up via CRM

Promote homes using social media (we train you!)

Set appointments and close sales

Become an expert in floor plans, customization, and financing options

Speak Spanish & English

Are outgoing, goal-oriented, and self-motivated

Love working in a team and earning what you're worth

Are available Monday–Saturday (Sundays off)

Have strong communication & time management skills

Can pass a background check and drug screening
