Join Taft as an Event Marketing Data Specialist and become an integral part of our innovative marketing and business development team!

Taft is a forward-thinking law firm, and in this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience while collaborating with a team dedicated to enhancing and maintaining our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities :

Develop and oversee event registration workflows using our CRM and event platforms (like Cvent), ensuring a seamless registration experience for clients and prospective clients.

Help compile, format, and distribute event invitations and email communications to engage target audiences, including segmenting email lists for effective outreach.

Work closely with team members to manage and update invitation, registration, and attendance lists in the CRM, ensuring data accuracy and timely updates to stakeholders.

Contribute to the creation of standardized event templates, reports, and dashboards aimed at improving team workflows and reporting consistency.

Maintain the Marketing and Business Development calendar for tracking upcoming events, holidays, and office closure schedules to facilitate team coordination.

Manage a streamlined ticketing process for sports and entertainment events across all Taft markets, enhancing efficiency and ROI tracking.

Analyze and report on key event metrics including attendance, sponsorships, number of events, and ROI, providing insights quarterly and year-over-year.

Support administrative tasks for CLE reporting and compliance-related event documentation.

Demonstrate exceptional verbal and written communication skills, effectively interacting with attorneys and staff across the firm.

Leverage experience in registration management and communication platforms; familiarity with Cvent and CRM systems is a plus.

Exhibit a proven ability to manage multiple projects and problem-solve efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Show enthusiasm for tackling new challenges, both independently and as part of a team.

Possess advanced proficiency and a genuine passion for Microsoft Excel, utilizing complex functions and data analysis tools to create insightful reports.

Adapt quickly to new technologies, continuously improving technical skills related to data and event management.

Demonstrate strong attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining data accuracy and integrity.

Requirements :

3 to 5 years of experience in marketing, data analysis, or event coordination, focusing on data management and reporting.

This is a full-time role with occasional work required outside standard business hours, especially during onsite events.
