Our rehabilitation programs provide ongoing care and specialized treatment to patients throughout their recovery journey. We offer customized, individualized rehabilitation tailored to the specific needs of those recovering from a stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injury.   • Must Have Skills / Experience : preferred experience in acute, subacute, SNF, or inpatient rehab
  • Preferred Skillset / Experience : propensity for functional interventions and experience with group / concurrent modes of therapy
  • Common Diagnosis / Treatment : neuro / ortho / TBI / SCI / Cardio-Pulm
  • Personality Fit : high communication / collaboration with patient-first attitude
