Sales Representative (Sanger)

Taiga Building Products is growing, and were looking for a motivated Building Material Sales Representative to join our team in Sanger, California. In this role, youll manage a diverse portfolio of customers and products, including trading commodities, selling specialty products, and making occasional field visits to strengthen relationships and grow market share across Californias Central Valley and Coast. The ideal candidate is driven, entrepreneurial, and eager to develop their career with a fast-paced, well-established leader in the lumber and building materials industry.

SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

• 35 years of proven success in building materials, lumber trading, or distribution sales.
• Strong understanding of commodity markets and profit-based decision-making.
• A self-motivated, high-energy personality with relentless drive to succeed.
• Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Tech-savvy with experience using CRM or ERP tools (BisTrack, Power BI, etc. a plus).
• Professional appearance and attitude with the ability to represent Taiga confidently to customers and vendors.
