We are seeking a Board Certified / Board Eligible Hematology-Oncology physician for a locum tenens assignment in a serene location near Kennan, Wisconsin. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled provider to step into a vibrant practice with a blend of inpatient and outpatient responsibilities.

Job Details :

  • Start Date : As soon as possible
  • Schedule :

Monday through Friday, 8 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM

  • One weekend of call per month (primarily phone consultations from Friday evening to Monday morning)
  • Patient Load : 15-20 patients per shift
  • Setting : Both inpatient and outpatient care
  • Call Details : Beeper call with occasional patient visits; admissions managed by hospitalists
  • Support Team : Includes nurses, medical assistants, and advanced practice providers

    • Required Qualifications :

  • Active or eligible Wisconsin medical license
  • Board Certified / Board Eligible in Hematology-Oncology
  • Fellowship in Hematology-Oncology
  • Certification in ACLS, ATLS, and BLS
  • Ability to supervise advanced practice providers when necessary

    • Practice Highlights :

  • Use of Cerner EMR system and Intellidose TxM for chemotherapy management
