• 15 24-hour in-house shifts per month required
• Average 23 admissions, 12 consults, and 54 follow-ups monthly
• Inpatient hospital position with 213 total patient encounters monthly
• Patient demographics : 93% ages 18-35, 35% ages 36-59
• Surgical procedures include C-sections, hysterectomies, D&Cs
• Additional procedures : colposcopies and hysteroscopies required
• EMR : EPIC
• Payer mix : 45% commercial, 37% Medicaid, 14% Medicare
• We negotiate better pay and deposit it weekly
• We arrange complimentary housing and travel and comprehensive malpractice coverage
• We simplify the credentialing and privileging process
• Access to online portal for assignment details and time entry
