Case Manager / Paralegal - Insurance Litigation - Greenville

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Case Manager / Paralegal Insurance Litigation for our Greenville, SC office.

Responsibilities

• Document management and analysis for large cases
• Medical record summaries and chronologies
• Procurement of medical records / HIPAA compliance
• Preparation and service of subpoenas and other discovery requests
• Preparation of pleadings and discovery responses
• Preparation of routine status reports to clients or national counsel
• Statewide roster / docket monitoring
• Electronic filings / ECF with Federal Court
• Tracks time spent on client matters and enters time in billing system in a timely matter
