  • Conduct physical assessments before and after treatments and monitor patients throughout their care.\n
  • Review patient medication profiles monthly and administer medications as prescribed.\n\nCollaborative Teamwork : \n
  • Partner with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive patient care planning and assessment.\n
  • Support staffing needs to maintain compliance with state regulations and ensure seamless operations.\n\nSafety & Quality : \n
  • Follow company policies, state regulations, and federal laws to maintain a safe and compliant environment.\n
  • Participate in staff meetings and continuing education to stay at the forefront of renal care practices.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n
  • Licensure : Current Registered Nurse license\n
  • Skills : Ability to distinguish all primary colors (essential for patient care).\n
  • Experience : \n
  • One or more years of current nursing experience preferred.\n
