A company is looking for an Analytics Business Specialist who will support product lifecycle improvements and updates through research and analysis.
Key Responsibilities
Support end-user engagement processes and assist in report creation
Research data questions / issues and develop new reports to address business problems
Facilitate training classes and create educational materials for users
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Science, Data Science, Applied Math, Business Intelligence, or a related discipline
Three years of product service / support or client relationship experience in the financial services industry
Two years of experience as a Data Analyst or Business Analyst with large data sets
Experience with data delivery or analytic tools / applications is preferred
