Overview

The client’s company, a global leader in medical technology, is seeking a Global Integrated Engineering Program Manager to lead complex, high-impact engineering programs from start to finish. This position plays a critical role in driving innovation, harmonization, and operational excellence across global initiatives that advance healthcare worldwide.

Key Responsibilities

Lead large-scale engineering programs with a focus on governance, resource management, and on-time delivery.

Drive alignment across engineering, manufacturing, and business units to ensure seamless communication and collaboration.

Identify and close open actions before project gate reviews to maintain program momentum.

Communicate project status and outcomes to senior leadership and functional management.

Conduct post-project evaluations to identify lessons learned and best practices.

Manage diverse project types such as : capacity expansion, compliance, safety, digitalization, architecture, new product development (NPD), Change to Win (CTW), crisis response, and facility upgrades.
