• ???? What You’ll Do in This Role :

As a Licensed Practical Nurse, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care to residents, including administering medications, performing treatments, and monitoring overall health. You’ll lead and collaborate with a supportive care team to ensure each resident receives personalized, high-quality care. This role is perfect for a skilled nurse who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to making a daily impact in long-term or geriatric care.

Primary Responsibilities :

As a key member of our care team, you’ll provide hands-on nursing care, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing specialized procedures like wound care. You'll regularly assess resident health, respond to changes in condition, and collaborate with clinical staff to ensure personalized, high-quality care.

You’ll work closely with an interdisciplinary team to coordinate care and promote the well-being of our residents. You’ll also guide and support nursing assistants and other team members, offering mentorship and supervision to ensure excellent service delivery.

Keep accurate and timely records of the care provided, resident responses, and any changes in condition. You’ll also handle admission and discharge procedures and maintain up-to-date medical records in line with facility policies and healthcare regulations.
