Key Responsibilities
Analyze marketplace metrics to ensure market balance of therapist capacity and patient demand
Build predictive models for forecasting visit volume and therapist supply needs
Develop automated dashboards and reports to visualize market health and performance trends
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Health Informatics, Computer Science, or a related field
3+ years of experience in analytics, operations, or business intelligence, preferably in healthcare
Strong proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets and data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Looker, Power BI)
Proficiency in SQL or an equivalent query language
Ability to synthesize data from multiple sources into actionable insights
