Manufacturing MRO Buyer & Administrative Support

The Manufacturing MRO Buyer & Administrative Support is a dual function role that ensures the efficient procurement of maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO) materials while providing essential administrative support to Manufacturing Value Stream Coordinators.

This role plays a key part in maintaining production continuity by sourcing critical supplies, managing vendor relationships, and supporting operational planning. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of balancing purchasing responsibilities with administrative tasks to support overall manufacturing efficiency.

What You’ll Do :

• Procure MRO supplies and ensure the timely availability of spare parts and consumables.
• Manage supplier relationships, negotiate pricing, and track order status.
• Maintain purchasing records, inventory levels, and cost controls.
• Provide administrative support to Value Stream Coordinators, including scheduling, reporting, data entry and document management.
• Assist in production planning by tracking material availability and procurement timelines.
• Support process improvement initiatives related to procurement and manufacturing administration.

What You’ll Need :

Associate or bachelor’s degree in supply chain management, Business, or a related field preferred.

Knowledge of MRO procurement, supply chain management, and inventory control.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Work Environment & Hours :

FT M-F between the hours of 7 AM and 6 PM
