As a front desk security professional with Allied Universal at a retail or mall location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and tenants, providing outstanding customer service and communication. Your primary responsibilities include monitoring access, assisting guests, and responding to security-related incidents, all while maintaining a welcoming and professional presence. • Use our proprietary scheduling platform to claim open shifts at client sites
• Support operations across a range of environments including commercial real estate, healthcare, and education
• Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
