East Bay Asian Local Development Corporation (EBALDC) is seeking for (4) regular full time Maintenance Technician's (I-II's) in the Property Management department.

• California Hotel (Tech II)
• Jack London Gateway (Tech II)
• Swan's / Madrone (Tech II)
• California Hotel (Tech I)

Schedule : Monday to Friday from 9 : 00 a.m. to 5 : 00 p.m. with some flexible scheduling required

Summary :

Under the direction of the Property Manager, the Maintenance Technician provides skilled maintenance support across various properties to cover staff absences, assist with large projects, and ensure the upkeep of units, common areas, and grounds. This role is critical to maintaining the performance and curb appeal of EBALDC properties.

Salary Range

$39,724.00 to $48,558.00 annually
