Member Service Representative (Remote)

Remote - Must Reside Within 1 Hour of Dallas, TX or Kansas City, MO

$21.63 / hour

Full-Time | Monday-Friday | Standard Business Hours

About the Role

We're seeking compassionate, customer-focused Member Service Representatives to join our Care Member & Provider Services Team . In this role, you'll be the first line of support for our members and providers, helping them understand and maximize the value of their health insurance plans.

This is not your typical call center job. You'll provide meaningful support on real healthcare issues-everything from benefits and claims to billing and eligibility-via inbound calls and emails.

What You'll Do

Deliver empathetic, seamless service to members and providers via phone and email.

Handle inquiries related to claims, billing, eligibility, benefits, prescriptions, and provider details.

Use internal systems to accurately communicate benefits and claims details.

Actively listen and ask the right questions to determine the best resolution path.

Document all customer interactions in the CRM clearly and professionally.

Collaborate with internal teams, third parties, and brokers to ensure resolutions.

Maintain a structured schedule and be available for overtime during peak season (January-March).

Qualifications

Prior experience in customer service, healthcare support, or call center environment preferred.

Strong communication skills with the ability to provide clear, compassionate assistance.

Tech-savvy and comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously.

Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Must reside within 1 hour of Dallas, TX or Kansas City, MO (remote position with occasional onsite requirements).

Schedule

Monday-Friday

Standard business hours (some flexibility may be required during peak season).

Compensation

$21.63 / hour

Full-time, remote position (location restrictions apply).
