Overview
Our client is seeking a dedicated HRIS Analyst to join them full-time to take full ownership of our HR Information System (Rippling) across the enterprise. In this role, you will be the primary system administrator and expert, responsible for maintaining accurate employee data, configuring workflows, and ensuring seamless HR and payroll operations.
Responsibilities
- Administer and configure the Rippling HRIS platform, including employee records, organizational structures, job profiles, and system permissions.
- Design, test, and optimize workflows for onboarding, offboarding, position changes, and other HR processes.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, and Finance teams to support data integrations and system troubleshooting.
- Generate and distribute regular and ad-hoc reports to support workforce analytics, compliance, and strategic decision-making.
- Ensure data governance, accuracy, and compliance with applicable regulations through regular audits and documentation.
- Provide training and ongoing support to HR staff and managers to maximize system effectiveness.
- Assist with multi-entity and multistate system management, including during organizational changes and expansions.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field.2–4 years of HRIS experience, preferably in Rippling or similar HR systems (ADP, Paylocity, Workday, etc.).Familiarity with payroll, benefits, and HR operations workflows.Strong technical aptitude in system configuration, data imports / exports, automation, and integration basics (SSO, APIs).Intermediate skills with Excel and data analysis tools.Exceptional attention to detail and excellent communication skills.Ability to manage confidential data with discretion and professionalism.Additional Details
