Job Description
Pay Range : $98,200-$122,750 Plus eligible for 10% target bonus

Job Description :
Manage the overall distribution activities which include shipping operations and PNW transportation department.Develop and motivate management to meet the current and future needs of the Company.Ensure department compliance with Company policies, laws and regulations which include USDA, SSOP and HACCP programs and all WISHA required safety programs, ODOT and WDOT.Provide overall direction and guidelines to the Loading Dock, Transportation, and Billing Departments.Provide leadership, direction, and support to the Distribution, including a six exempt TEAM Member, seven clerical employees, and twenty-six shipping union Team Members on four shifts (day, mid-shift, swing, and nights).Ensure proper maintenance of Company assets, make recommendations for acquiring necessary items to support business objectives.Ensure program development that is consistent with Company goals and objectives.Provide timely and efficient transportation services for PNW retail, commodity and operations business groups.Coordinate and ensure the interstate shipping of retail products across Oregon and Washington.Manage the activities that provide for the day-to-day baseline operation and support of 23 tractors and 53 refer trailers.Development and implementation of new systems and procedures.Ensuring the safety and quality of product being delivered.Perform other duties as assigned.Qualifications
Progressive experience in warehouse and / or scheduling in the food industry.Extensive knowledge of data processing systems and terminology as they relate to warehousing and distribution.Demonstrated organizational, interpersonal and leadership skills.Possess excellent communication skills (written and verbal)Budget preparation and staffing analysis experience.Knowledge of federal, state and county regulations.BS / BA in business administration or similar field or equivalent experience.Experience with HACCP / SSOP programs is preferred.KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES :
Open and available to all production hours.Able to handle multiple priorities with competing deadlines.Possess proactive problem solving skills.Proficient use of PC including Excel, Power point and Word.Familiar with SAP, BOSS, EWM & MII.Additional Information
