Now Hiring : Metal Finisher 1st shift

Kings Mountain, NC

Shift : 1st Shift – 6 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM, Monday–Friday (Must be available for mandatory overtime on Saturdays)

Pay : $18.00 per hour

Position Summary :

We are seeking a skilled Metal Finisher to join our team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Metal Finisher will be responsible for preparing, grinding, deburring, and polishing metal parts to meet quality standards and production requirements. This role requires strong attention to detail, precision, and the ability to work with various tools and equipment.

Key Responsibilities :

Perform grinding, sanding, deburring, and finishing on metal parts and assemblies.

Inspect parts to ensure they meet company and customer specifications.

Operate hand tools, grinders, and other finishing equipment safely and effectively.

Maintain a clean and organized work area.

Requirements :

Previous experience in metal finishing, grinding, or similar manufacturing role preferred.

Ability to read and interpret work instructions and quality standards.

Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work.

Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs consistently.

Flexibility to work overtime, including mandatory Saturdays when required.
