About The Position

Full-Time OBGYN Opportunity just outside Salem, Oregon - $400,000 starting salary pluse sign-on bonus

Join an established, growing OBGYN practice serving a loyal patient base near Salem, Oregon. This role offers a collaborative team environment, a strong referral network, and access to a new women's health clinic for long‑term practice growth.

  • Starting Salary : $400,000 plus RVUs, $15,000 sign-on bonus, and $10,000 relocation
  • Comprehensive Practice Model : Join a team of 1 OBGYN, 1 CNM, 1 Women's Health NP / PA, and two locums

  • Low‑Risk Focus : Primarily low‑risk OB cases, averaging 10-15 deliveries per month per provider
  • Dedicated OR and Clinic Time : 3 days of clinic and 1 OR day per week, with manageable call responsibilities
  • Generous Compensation : $400,000 base salary, RVU‑based bonuses, Sign-On Bonus, Relocation Support, CME allowance, and comprehensive benefits (health, dental, vision, malpractice)

Qualifications

  • Board‑Eligible or Board‑Certified in OBGYN
  • MD or DO from an accredited residency program
  • ACLS certified and eligible for an Oregon medical license
  • New graduates, experienced physicians, and international medical graduates are encouraged to apply
