A company is looking for a VP of Talent Supply and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

Build and execute strategies to acquire talent efficiently and meet client expectations

Lead a global team to scale the inbound talent acquisition funnel and optimize the supply chain

Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to align talent supply with business needs

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred

Experience managing a global talent acquisition team sourcing international freelance / contract talent

Strong analytical skills with the ability to utilize forecasting tools for strategic direction

Proven ability to develop strategic frameworks for diverse talent acquisition needs

Experience in a metrics-driven environment with a focus on achieving KPI expectations
