Claims Specialist

A company is looking for a Claims Specialist (Insurance Biller) to manage and resolve insurance claims.

Key Responsibilities

Work on claims that have been rejected by the clearinghouse

Review and address claims that are on hold to identify and resolve issues

Complete credentialing with insurance companies to ensure proper payment processing

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

Strong computer skills with a basic understanding of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel

Minimum typing speed of 40 wpm

Ability to manage large volumes of work while meeting tight deadlines

Experience in a monitored call environment is preferred

Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
