Serves as a clinical resource for staff and patients in the department. Functions as a staff nurse in the department as needed. Assumes managerial duties delegated by a manager. Performs duties and responsibilities in a manner consistent with our mission, values, and Mercy Service Standards.QualificationsRequired Education : Graduate of an accredited nursing program.Required Licensure : Current RN license or temporary permit in the state of Missouri.Required Experience : Minimum of 2-3 years of direct patient care experience.Required Certifications : Active BLS CPR Certification through the American Heart AssociationPreferred QualificationsEducation : Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.Licensure : Active RN license in good standing (if not already listed above).Experience : Prior supervisory or management experience strongly preferred.Experience in a Med / Surg setting is highly desirable.We're bringing to life a healing ministry through compassionate care.At Mercy, our supportive community will be behind you every step of your day, especially the tough ones.
