The ideal candidate should have a strong portfolio demonstrating their ability to design effective user interfaces and experiences. They should be skilled in UX research, wireframing, prototyping, and visual design. The candidate should also have a solid understanding of current design trends and be able to incorporate them into their work.

Create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs for our app site

Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows, and sitemaps

Support marketing efforts when required

Manage company design system and component library

Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function

Identify and troubleshoot UX problems

Stay up to date with current design trends and technologies

Strong portfolio showcasing skills in user-centered design, information architecture, and visual design

Proficiency with Figma and other design tools

Knowledge of design principles, including typography, color theory, and composition

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously

Ability to be self-directed and work independently, as well as collaboratively as part of an Agile Scrum Product Team to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experience

Ability to create and improve design solutions for applications that are based on user-centered design techniques

Bachelor’s degree in Design, Computer Science or relevant field preferred

~5+ years of UI / UX design experience
