Job Description

Cortese Auto Group is seeking an energetic  Automotive Parts Online Department  person to assist in  Customer Service and Shipping  in our three online parts stores. This position involves handling online parts sales and shipping for the dealership.

Job Type : Full-Time - Hourly compensation and  monthly performance bonus

Schedule : Monday through Friday, weekends off

Responsibilities :

  • Assist with online order fulfillment for the Online Parts Department Cortese Auto Group online stores
  • Process online orders using Dealer Management System (DMS) software
  • Package parts
  • Ready for shipping to customer

Qualifications :

  • Computer proficiency
  • Understanding of online shopping and promotion
  • General mechanical aptitude and manual dexterity is important
  • Positive and team-oriented attitude
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies
  • Automotive knowledge and experience not required however is a plus
  • This position provides the opportunity for advancement with the dealerships fast growing online parts department
