Retail Co-Store Manager

The Co Team Leader is required to provide leadership for the successful operation of the entire sales floor and receiving area. The CTL creates and leads a sales team that is passionate about selling merchandise and ensuring a good associate and customer experience. Responsibilities include all aspects of merchandising, associate development, customer service, and financial oversight.
Primary responsibilities include : assisting the Store Team Leader with managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, and the timely completion of related reports; demonstrating Ollie's "Yes I Care, Yes I Can" behaviors in providing exceptional associate and customer service; ensuring that store standards, seasonal transition planning, inventory processes, and company programs meet all operational expectations; developing and executing talent planning to insure associate growth; ensuring proper scheduling and staffing for the business needs are met; performing all functions to open and close the store when needed and any additional responsibilities and / or duties as assigned.
Qualifications include : a high school diploma or equivalent required, minimum of 2 years' retail management experience with a mid to large size retailer, schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, holiday seasonal on a regular basis, and a valid driver's license.
Physical requirements include : ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, ability to push and pull up to 35 pounds, and ability to stand for extended periods and work in a safe manner.
