Rock Climbing Instructor

We are currently seeking a part-time Rock Climbing Instructor to provide services and support to an outside rock wall at a fun corporate company's global headquarters located in Menlo Park, CA. This is an on-call position.

Responsibilities :

• Provide an engaging, safe, and community based environment for climbers to learn and grow
• Explain and demonstrate correct usage of climbing equipment and facility features
• Teach or co-teach core climbing courses for members
• Monitor participants and the area for safety
• Respond to member / guest suggestions, concerns, and complaints in a timely, professional, and consistent manner
• Maintain cleanliness and proper presentation of the rock wall climbing area
• Provide support to the broader fitness center as needed

Pay is based on several factors including, but not limited to, education, work experience, certifications, geographic differentials, and other business and organizational needs.
