Time management and communication are essential in this position because you'll be responsible for performing detailed workplace assessments, guiding clients on regulatory compliance, and delivering timely, accurate reports.

A typical day could include :

• Conducting workplace safety surveys (onsite and virtual) to identify potential hazards and evaluate safety programs.
• Analyzing claims and incident data to uncover trends, root causes, and opportunities for loss prevention.
• Writing comprehensive technical reports that summarize findings and recommend improvements.
• Collaborating with Nextep's underwriting, sales, and risk teams to assess prospective clients and support risk management strategies.
• Guiding clients on accident investigations, safety training, and compliance with federal and state regulations (OSHA, ANSI, NFPA).

As a trusted advisor, you'll help clients strengthen safety practices, minimize workplace risks, and ultimately lower their insurance costs.
