Registered Nurse - Emergency Room

Position Title : Emergency Room RN\n\nLocation : Ocala, FL\n\nShifts Available : Mixed (Rotating Weekends), Nights (Rotating Weekends)\n\nOverview : \n\nWe are a modern, full-service medical facility with a 222-bed capacity and a dedicated emergency department. Our team is committed to providing high-quality, patient-focused care to the community.\n\nJob Summary : \n\nWe are seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Room RN to join our team. In this role, you will care for patients with conditions ranging from minor injuries to life-threatening emergencies. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, makes sound decisions under pressure, and is dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care.\n\nResponsibilities : \n

• Triage, assess, and treat patients of all ages\n
• Develop and implement individualized care plans\n
• Manage multiple cases while prioritizing patient needs\n
• Provide follow-up care instructions and referrals\n
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams\n\nQualifications : \n
• 1 year of recent acute care RN experience (ED, ICU, or PCU preferred)\n
• Florida RN license or approved multistate license (compact license holders must obtain a Florida license within 60 days of relocation)\n
• Registered Nurse Diploma or Associate Degree required\n
• ACLS within 90 days of start\n
• BLS within 30 days of start\n
• ENPC within 6 months of start\n
• Nonviolent Crisis Intervention within 6 months of start\n
• PALS within 90 days of start\n
• Paramedic experience is a plus\n\nCompensation & Incentives : \n
• Salary : $32.00 – $40.00 (10 years' experience) – up to $48.00 (17+ years)\n
• Night differential : $4.25 / hour\n
• Weekend differential : $3.00 / hour (Fri 11PM – Sun 11PM)\n
• Sign-On Bonus : $10K for Days / $15K for Nights\n
