A company is looking for a Sr. Subcontracts Administrator.
Key Responsibilities
Manage subcontracting activities related to federal aviation, engineering, and construction projects
Negotiate subcontracts and oversee procurement processes
Lead and manage teams effectively to achieve project goals
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience
At least 7 years of management work experience in procurement and subcontracting
Extensive knowledge of subcontracting activities in the relevant industries
Experience with award or incentive fee contracts
Proven ability to perform in a lead capacity
