The Senior Team Manager will lead client-facing teams in Qualified Retirement Plans, Financial Services, or similar.

They'll drive strong results by fostering a culture of growth, leading by example, and building collaborative relationships with other department leaders and internal business partners.

We seek an individual with strong financial services experience (Retirement / Financial planning, ERISA regulations & workplace benefit offerings) to develop and lead a team of investment professionals who are often the face of Schwab to our corporate clients and their employees.
