Location : St. Paul, MN

Our Internship Experience includes :

12-week paid program beginning the end of May to mid-August to gain insight and knowledge in your field.

Position Overview :

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Digital Marketing Intern to join our Digital Customer Experience team. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will assist in creating and managing engaging content across various digital platforms. This role will provide hands-on experience in enhancing brand visibility, driving traffic, and increasing audience engagement. The ideal candidate will have a passion for digital marketing and a willingness to learn.

Primary Responsibilities :

Digital Marketing : support design and implementation of PPC and other online advertising campaigns

Social media content creation and reporting

Assist in developing and executing content strategies aligned with organizational goals and target audience.

Support in creating high-quality, SEO-friendly content for websites, blogs, social media posts, and digital campaigns.

Learn to monitor and report on content performance metrics using tools like Google Analytics to identify opportunities for improvement.

Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in digital marketing and content creation.

Minimum Qualifications :

Currently pursuing bachelor's degree in business, marketing, communications or related field.

High proficiency with a range of computer systems and tools.

Experience using Canva and other content creation and graphic design tools.

Must be detailed oriented, and able to be a self-starter in order to complete projects.

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, and geographic location. The salary for this role is $22-25 per hour. In addition to your salary, H.B.
