Admissions Engagement Coordinator

Fort Hays State University is seeking applications for an Admissions Coordinator to lead digital recruiting efforts for the Office of Admissions. This full-time, 12-month position is responsible for event coordination and promotion, supervision of Digital Recruiters, managing marketing and communication efforts, and leading digital efforts to support the University's enrollment goals for on-campus, undergraduate students. This individual will serve on the department leadership team and work in conjunction with the Director of Admissions to develop marketing and communication strategies for undergraduate recruitment campaigns. Qualified applicants must be passionate about higher education and provide dynamic strategies with a high level of enthusiasm and creativity. Some evening and weekend work is required.

Eligibility : Sponsorship is not available for this position.

Minimum Qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or four years of experience in Student Affairs or Marketing in lieu of degree
