Human Resources Leadership Development Program Associate
L3Harris' Human Resources Leadership Development Program (HRLDP) is designed to accelerate the development of aspiring future HR leaders, growing L3Harris' pipeline of agile and mobile HR leaders. The three-year program consists of three, 12-month high-impact rotations that cut across businesses, HR functional areas, and U.S. locations. In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in California, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Washington, and the Greater D.C, Denver, or NYC areas is [$61,500.00 MIN - $114,500.00 MAX]. The salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is [$54,000.00 MIN - $100,000.00 MAX]. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location.
