Job Title : Systems Engineer - DoD Ground Vehicle C5ISR
Provide technical services and project leadership for the successful integration and fielding of a common operating picture (COP) system and other C5ISR systems, working as part of a DoD vehicle platform project management (PM) team.

Essential Job Functions
- Provide technical and programmatic support to a project management office overseeing multi-disciplinary projects for tactical ground vehicles.
- Lead the development and fielding of a GCCS-J based Joint Common Operational Picture (JCOP) system, including leading the Integrated Product Team (IPT).
- Assist functional leads in logistics, fielding, testing, training, cyber, etc., to support the JCOP effort.
- Work with user community to understand needs and translate into technical requirements.
- Maintain effective communication with team members and partners.
- Coordinate with various program office functional areas and external organizations.
- Author program documents such as SOWs, MOAs, and similar.
- Oversee execution of project facets according to established agreements.
- Participate in design reviews and documentation reviews to ensure system integration meets requirements.
- Interface with the customer regularly.
- Prepare and present briefings to program leadership.
- Contribute to program documentation and reports.
- Participate in team and program meetings.
- Support client and contract deliverables as needed.
Minimum Requirements
U.S. Citizenship and ability to obtain / maintain a DoD Secret clearance.Bachelor's degree in computer or electrical engineering with at least 8 years of relevant experience.Experience with DoD ground vehicle C5ISR systems, system architectures, and related systems like GCCS-J, Link 16, BFT, JBCP.Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.Willingness to travel (Desired Skills
