Northern Trust is expanding its ETF servicing capabilities and seeking an AP Servicing Specialist to support the creation and redemption of ETF shares by authorized participants (APs)a critical function for maintaining ETF liquidity and pricing.

This individual manages the full lifecycle of ETF orders, oversees order flow systems and controls, and ensures accurate data exchange across APs, issuers, and internal teams.

You'll play a key role in refining servicing procedures, resolving operational issues, and advising clients on ETF market strategies. By driving operational excellence and strengthening AP relationships, you'll help position Northern Trust as a leading provider in the evolving ETF servicing space.

Major Duties and responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operational processes related to ETF creation / redemption workflows.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and strategic advisor on Northern Trust's North American ETF AP servicing.
• Analyze existing and proposed systems and procedures to define technical business requirements.
• Design and enforce ETF-specific controls and procedures.
• Develop and maintain internal and external service level documentation.
• Manage the AP agreement execution process.
• Address and resolve client and AP inquiries related to ETF servicing activities.
• Provide consultative support to ETF clients and prospects exploring market entry or expansion opportunities.
