What You’ll Do :

Handle inbound & outbound calls

Deliver excellent customer service

Enter customer information into databases

Follow up and resolve customer concerns

Meet / exceed performance metrics for growth opportunities

Requirements :

• ️ Strong verbal communication skills
• ️ Reliable internet & quiet workspace
• ️ Basic computer knowledge (MS Office)
• ️ Windows 11 OS, 16 GB RAM, USB headset, hardwired internet, dual monitors (some not needed at time of application)
