As the area expert, you will bring a deep technical mastery of the process and equipment. That expertise allows you to lead the planning, process development and implementation of Planned & Reactive Maintenance Elements in a Continuous Improvement manufacturing environment.

You will manage this through teams consisting of various technical and nontechnical personnel, key support contractors and operations personnel.

Onsite - M-F

Working Hours - 7am-4pm

You will :

• A desire to drive your future and accelerate your career and the following experience and knowledge :
• Strong operational & manufacturing leadership experience in the CPG industry with expertise in TPM-Total productive maintenance, 5s, LEAN, Six Sigma tools and concepts, Safety & GMP standards
• A leader with strong financial and business acumen, project management skills, industrial maintenance and manufacturing equipment knowledge, PM (Progressive Maintenance) expertise, Spare parts management, SAP PM module end-user knowledge, and Technology and engineering automation basics.
• Excellent communication (verbal & written), coaching, and leadership skills in a team-based environment. Demonstrated abilities in Analytics, problem-solving, and team building.

The Area Maintenance Manager is directly responsible for improving the total uptime performance of the Area's Production and Utility assets by leading the teams with a sense of urgency, focusing on the execution of the preventative / predictive maintenance programs, and setting the standard for the "quality execution" of these plans by both in-house and third-party resources.

The base salary range for this position is $95,100 to $130,800; the exact salary depends on several factors such as experience, skills, education, and budget. In addition to base salary, this position is eligible for participation in a highly competitive bonus program with possibility for overachievement based on performance and company results.
