Dates of Assignment : February 7-8, April 3-5 call only, May 30-31, June 1-5 x2, June 22-28, June 30-July 5, July 13-19, July 20-26, ongoing weekly in 2026

Details of Assignment :

• Monday through Friday, 7am-3pm. Call is from 3pm-7am. One provider a day works 7am-5pm.
• Call is 30-minute beeper
• Cases : OR and OB, Ortho, Endo, Podiatry, ENT, and OB, they do Vbacs and high-risk OB
• CRNAs work independently. MD on site little to no supervision.
• Cred timeline : 60-90 days.
• Need to have proof of epidurals, spinals, and blocks.
• EMR - EPIC
• ACLS through AHA, BLS, PALS
• Active Indiana RN or Compact RN and NBCRNA
